Becor Barbanza’s range of cheese pigments, appart from colouring, produce a thick and shinny layer on the cheese surface and prevent the growth of fungus. Composed of an aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate, they are especially suitable to cover cured and matured cheeses. The most commonly used colours are olive green, brown, chestnut, black and paprika; nevertheless any colour is available on request to meet the needs of each client.
